David Ballinger joined Smythe Ratcliffe Debt Advisors in 2010 after 14 years in both management and financial planning roles. His goal is to not only guide individuals and businesses through the insolvency process, but to also provide them with the tools to make the best of their fresh start.
He received his Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in International Business from the University of Victoria, and is currently studying to become a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy.
David is active in the community and a devoted husband and father of two boys. He has been active with the UVIC School of Business Alumni for the past six years and coaches youth soccer with the Prospect Lake Soccer Club. He also enjoys mountain biking, camping and almost any other activity that can be done on the water or the outdoors of BC.
